STUDIOEM+ is an associated studio of professionals, which of years operates in the private and public construction projects, dealing mainly with urban planning, architecture and structural engineering.
Engineer Edoardo Tinacci and architect Marco Raimondi gave life to this project, which has two main objectives:
COMPETENCE and PROFESSIONALITY.

STUDIOEM+ show in the name the principle of his activity: the "+" sign is the development of proposals whose added value is the best solution, always designed according to customer needs, whether private or public.
Each construction work, from the building to the street, from the shed to the bridge is, by its nature, a unique and unrepeatable prototype.

In the analysis of the decisional, planning, operational and economic process, all aspects critical to the achievement of objectives are analyzed.

The experience gained over the years has allowed us to achieve an appropriate profile able to independently meet the different phases of the construction process.

DESIGN

The interventions which see STUDIOEM+ engaged concern the development of residential housing, industrial buildings, roads, bridges and urbanization. STUDIOEM+ offers services related to the management of construction sites, covering the role of director of works, coordinator of security, tester and as an independent expert.
This variety of experience over the years has allowed us to develop the capability to independently meet all the phases of the building process.

TECHNICAL CONSULTING

STUDIOEM+ helps companies participating in public and private tenders, offering technical advice. Collaboration with external structures allows to face any issues, technical and economic.
The counseling service is at 360 °: from the preliminary feasibility study, through the retrieval and compilation of forms required for participation in the tender, to the training and retraining of employees involved in the execution of the contract:

• filling in forms for participation in the tender;

• WBS - TIME SCHEDULE (Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project);
